The contract language is English or German.All prices indicated are total prices, including all taxes and duties in Euros, but WITHOUT shipping and packaging costs. The customer agrees that contract-relevant communication can take place in electronic form, usually via email. Delivery ConditionsShipping costs vary depending on the destination and the product ordered and are to be borne by the customer. In any case, the final shipping costs will be separately listed in the offer. The delivery period will be personally agreed upon with the customer and can be found in our offer. Goods will only be shipped after full payment, including shipping costs.Ordering Process / Payment MethodAfter personal contact with the customer, a specific offer will be made by us. Since Keltus e.U. exclusively distributes products according to customer specifications, we reserve the right to demand a deposit of EUR 50.00 incl. VAT. Production of the desired product will only begin after receipt of this deposit. The difference to the final purchase price must be paid at the latest upon completion of the product. The time of completion will be agreed upon in advance with the customer and can be found in our final offer. Our prices are not discountable.We accept bank transfer and PayPal. Contract StorageThe purchase contract is stored by us and can be requested by stating the order number at office@keltus.eu.Retention of TitleThe goods remain our property until full payment is received.Effect of Retention of TitleIn case of payment delay by the customer, we are entitled to assert our rights arising from the retention of title. It is agreed that asserting the retention of title does not constitute withdrawal from the contract unless we explicitly declare withdrawal from the contract.BEGINNING OF THE WITHDRAWAL INSTRUCTION: Right of Withdrawal / Withdrawal InstructionThere is no right of withdrawal for goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs! However, we voluntarily grant the right to withdraw from the purchase contract up to five working days before completion of the product. In case of withdrawal, the deposit will be forfeited.END OF THE WITHDRAWAL INSTRUCTION Disclaimer for Minor NegligenceClaims for damages in cases of minor negligence are excluded. This does not apply to personal injury or damage to items accepted for processing, as well as product liability claims.Note on Legal WarrantyThe provisions on legal warranty apply.
